Our  Bronze Turkeys are bought in at day old and sourced from Kellys Hatcheries.

They are reared under heat to 4 weeks of age when they are transferred to well ventilated large barns where they are kept until December.

They are killed, plucked and processed on the farm.

After plucking they are hung at ambient temperature to enhance the flavour

before they are processed and stored in a cold store until collection.
